1. General Terms and Conditions 

These General Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as GTC’s) of SOURGOOD Inh. A. Forshufvud, Badenerstrasse 434, 8004 Zurich, https://www.sourgood.ch/ referred to as SOURGOOD, regulate the rights and obligations of the users (hereinafter referred to as customer) of the website of SOURGOOD on https://sourgood.ch in connection with the use of the services offered (use of the website, linking to sales on third-party marketplaces, etc.).

They conclusively regulate the legal relationship between SOURGOOD and its customers, unless they refer to other provisions or declare them applicable.

SOURGOOD reserves the right to change these GTC at any time and without giving reasons, and to publish the current version on https://sourgood.ch.

SOURGOOD reserves the right to modify, suspend or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the service offered, with or without notice to the customer. SOURGOOD shall not be liable to the customer for any modification, interruption or discontinuation of the service.

2. Warranty and liability

SOURGOOD shall not be liable for any temporary unavailability of the Website, or for the failure of any or all functions of the Website, or for any malfunction of the Website, or for the use of the Website in general.

3. Severability clause, applicable law and place of jurisdiction

Should individual provisions of these General Terms and Conditions be invalid or ineffective in whole or in part, this shall not affect the validity or effectiveness of the remaining (partial) provisions. Invalid or ineffective provisions shall be replaced by provisions that come as close as possible to the economic purpose of the invalid or ineffective provisions. The same shall apply in the event that these provisions contain a loophole.

Swiss law is exclusively applicable to these GTC, the purchase contracts concluded between the buyer/customer and all related disputes.

The exclusive place of jurisdiction for all disputes arising from the business relationship between the customer and SOURGOOD shall be the registered office of SOURGOOD.
